Fuller Coffee House

Fuller Coffee House opened in 1990 as an experiment in contemporary outreach and evangelism, and it is still an important aspect of Fuller Baptist Church's mission. The Coffee House is situated in Newland Street, Kettering, just round the corner from the church, and offers a wide choice of snacks and drinks.
The intention is that the Coffee House should have a Christian presence without being overpowering, intrusive or off-putting.
To this end, leaflet dispensers are placed on tables and prayer request forms are available for the use of customers.
During the seventeen years the Coffee House has been open, over 2000 prayer requests have been received. A Befriender is usually on duty and is available for customers who need a listening ear. Revd David Milner, a retired Baptist minister living in the area, is employed as part-time Coffee House Chaplain.
Fuller Coffee House is open on Monday to Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. and is a popular meeting place for many local people in addition to attracting visitors from all around the world.
